  1. With all the defendants appearing to be African perhaps the ICC should sit in Africa sometimes?
    A circuit court. This might help defendants, consul, witnesses and alleged victims.
    It is indeed unacceptable for defendants, witnesses and alleged victims to perhaps be out of their countries for years, away from the families and businesses.
    The Chinese are building a railway in East Africa which will facilitate transport and might be a good place to hold a court?
